Navigating Your Path to Affordable Care: Rates and Insurance Information

We believe that understanding the financial aspects of therapy is an integral part of your mental health journey. Below, you'll find detailed information on our therapy session rates, including specialized services like EMDR therapy, assessments, and other offerings. We are committed to making mental health care accessible and work with various insurance providers to facilitate coverage. Explore the details below to empower yourself with the knowledge needed to embark on a path to wellness.

Rates:

Intake Session: (75-90 minutes) $250
Individual Sessions: (50 minutes) $150-$175
Couples Therapy: (50 minutes) $175
Psychological Evaluation: $175/hour (20 hr minimum)

Insurance Information:

I am in-network with a number of insurance providers. You will need to check your benefits and co-payments are due at the end of the session. If you have insurance that I am in-network, my office will bill your insurance. If I am out-of-network, many insurance companies have great out-of-network reimbursement. I will provide a monthly superbill, complete with diagnosis, dates and type of service. You can submit those to your insurance companies and get reimbursement for a portion of my fee directly. If you are cash pay, payments are due at the end of the session. I accept cash or card.

It is important to remember that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Ultimately, you remain responsible for paying the fees that we have agreed upon for psychological services.

Cancellation Policy:

I am paid for my time and expertise. If you book my time, I expect you will attend the session. If you do not show up for your scheduled session and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the session. Insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions or late cancellations.
